PHYSICAL THERAPIST
Nolen Esparza
Nolen has been a practicing physical therapist for over 16 years and has worked in many different disciplines. He has been a fantastic addition in coming home to Silsbee and becoming partners with Mary Maina and Travis Briggs at Frazier Physical Therapy. In Nolen’s off time, he loves to go on new adventures with his wife, Hailey, and three little girls: Joey Rae, Riley Marie, and Ava Elizabeth.
WORDS FROM NOLEN: I am so proud of what this practice has grown into. My patients and staff are truly amazing and it gives me great joy, and honor, to serve and treat the good people of Southeast Texas. I know I wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for my wonderful family.

Travis Briggs
Travis is a native of Fannett. He graduated from Hamshire-Fannett High School in 2010. He is happily married with three beautiful children — two daughters and a son. He attended Lamar University where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Nutritional Management in 2014, then again his Master of Science in Exercise Science in 2016. Travis followed his passion in physical therapy where he attended PIMA Medical Institute and obtained his Associates degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant in May 2019. He became a partner of the Frazier Physical Therapy family , where he plans to grow in his knowledge and extend his education in the near future obtaining his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He hopes all of our patients can feel at home while here in our clinic and he strives to provide the best quality care possible while obtaining the goals our patient's strive to reach while here.

Mary Maina
Mary, a Silsbee native, graduated from Texas Women’s University with her Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology in 2015. After graduation, Mary followed her loved of exercise, and pursued her PTA license at PIMA Medicine Institute in Houston, Texas. Mary became a partner of the Frazier Physical Therapy family, serving patients of all ages. In her free time, Mary loves to travel and play sports as well as visit her family back home in Kenya.

Jaelyn Galley
As a child, you could always find Jae playing sports. She knew from a very young age that she wanted to go into a profession where she would be able to help others and being around physical activity. Jaelyn graduated from Kilgore College in 2019 with her PTA degree and she’s currently pursuing a second Associate degree to further her knowledge. Jae happily married and has three sons; Stetson, Laramie, and Brazos who keep her on her toes

Nicole Colvin
Nicole graduated from Silsbee-Highschool in 2021, and pursued her passion in physical therapy and Houston Community College obtaining her PTA degree.
Frazier PT is blessed to have Nicole join the therapy team where she values building connections with the patients and supporting them through each step of their rehab
During her off time Nicole enjoys hunting, fishing and anything with her family and friends.

Jennifer Frazier
Jennifer grew up in Kountze, Texas — where she graduated high school in 1998. She has worked at Frazier PT since September of 2007. Jennifer handles all insurance related interests.
When Jennifer has time off, she loves spending time with her family — especially at Disney World. Jennifer and her family are apart of the Disney Vacation Club and go to the happiest place on earth a few times a year. She also loves a fresh cup of coffee and spending time with her grand-dog, Ellie, and grandchildren, Kai and Luna
FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST
Gracie Fountain
Gracie is the friendly face at the front desk, always happy to greet visitors with a smile. Outside of work, her favorite job is being a mom to her amazing daughter, who keeps her laughing, learning, and on her toes every day. Whether they are exploring new adventures or enjoying the little moments together, her daughter brings so much joy to her life. She feels grateful to be part of a team where she can connect with people and make everyone feel welcome.

Alli Powell
Alli is from Buna, Tx and graduated from Evadale High School in 2023. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s of Science in Communications from Sam Houston State University. In her spare time Alli loves to spend quality time with her family and friends or napping. She is excited to continue her education, grow both personally and professionally, and work toward achieving her future goals.

Da'nerria Hageon
Da’Nerria, recently graduated from Silsbee High School. She is planning to begin her studies at Lamar University this fall, where she plans to build a solid academic foundation in preparation for her future career in PT. After completing her undergraduate education, She intends to attend physical therapy school to pursue her goal of becoming a licensed Physical Therapist. She is passionate about helping others improve their health, mobility, and overall quality of life. Through dedication, perseverance, and continuous learning, she hopes to make a positive impact on the lives of her future patients while growing both personally and professionally.

Alexis Drake
Alexis graduated from Spurger high school and currently just moved to Silsbee. In her free time She loves spending time with family & friends. Her favorite thing about about her job is that she gets to see people come in with limitations & leave pain free with full movement. We are happy to have her as part of our team.
